Guide to Using Quentro
- Download and install the Quentro app, available for Android and iOS.
- Create your account or log in: You can register with your email or log in using your social media accounts.
- Find your event: Use the search bar or browse through categories to find your event. You can also scan a QR code or follow a direct link.
- Purchase your ticket (if applicable): Choose your ticket type and pay securely through the app.
- Access your ticket: Your tickets are automatically stored in the “My Tickets” section. Each ticket has a unique QR code for event entry.
- Present your ticket at entry: Show the QR code from your phone. No printing is necessary.
What do I do if I don’t see my ticket in the app?
Make sure you are logged in with the same email you used to make the purchase. If the problem persists, contact support through the help section in the app.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
